Ordering for Flatback Bling Boxes opens on the 15th of the month and cuts off on the 30th of the month, or earlier if sold out, and bling boxes will ship between the 1st – 5th of each month.
Ordering for HotFix Bling Box opens on 1st of each month and cuts off on the 15th of the month, or earlier if sold out, and subscriptions ship between the 22nd – 24th each month.
Domestic packages ship via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail and arrive in 3-5 business days.
You’ll receive a tracking notification via email as soon as your boxes ships!

NO! Bling Boxes are not a subscription, you are not signing up for recurring payments, you do not need to cancel. You will only order the months youd like to receive. This is not a subscription box, you will NOT renew automatically, your card will only be charged for the month you order. So you don’t need to do anything!

Coming Soon – If youd like to secure your spot for a 3 or 6 month period, you can pre order for 3 months or 6 months in advance. Your Flatback Bling Boxes will ship between the 1st & 5th of each month for the pre paid period. No need to remember to order each month.  You can then renew your pre paid period for another term.  

Every prepaid member will receive a notification when their last months pre paid box ships so they can renew.

Bling Boxes are a mystery box, there are not any options to make changes to the box contents.

This is a month-to-month (i.e. you are charged every month) you decide which months youd like to order.

If you have prepaid for 3 or 6-months of bling boxes. 
You will receive the next 3 or 6 months consecutive boxes. You are not able to skip a month or pause for a month. If you have any questions please contact our customer service team at Info@blingyourthings.com and we’ll see what we can do!

*Shipping address changes made after the current month’s cut off date will be applied to the next box, but can’t be put into place for the current box.

*If you are currently enjoying the benefits of a 3 or 6-month pre paid account, you are not  able to skip the next MONTH. You will receive 3 to 6 months of consecutive bling boxes until the period runs out.  Please email our customer service team at info@blingyourthings.com a with any questions.

You sure can!
Bling Boxes are month-to-month (ex. you are only charged for each month that you order a new bling box. You can order Flatback Bling Boxes beginning on the 15th of the month or 1st for Hot Fix Bling Boxes. If you dont want the next month, you would not place a new order.
*Cancelling after a payment is processed, does not mean you will receive a refund. All sales of Bling Boxes are final.*

 If you have prepaid for a 3 or 6-month subscription, You will receive all shipments through the end of your term, and it does NOT renew.

Cancelling your bling box means your account will not renew after the original prepaid order has been fulfilled. You will still receive all of the monthly bling you have paid for.

Make your changes and click Save
In Account Settings you can change:
– Your name
– Email address
– Password

Click Edit again, under your address listed
Make your changes and click Save

You can change your address up to that month’s cut off date for the update to be applied to that month’s box. Otherwise, the change will affect your NEXT box. *To make sure you still receive your Bling, submit a change of address to USPS so that your mail will be forwarded to the new address.*

* You can also ADD shipping address in this section as well

Click Edit again on the card listed
Enter the new card information
To make this your new payment method for your subscription, make sure to check the box to update your subscriptions.
Click Save
This process ADDS the new payment method, and does not remove the old one. To remove a payment method, click Edit and at the bottom click x Remove This Credit Card.
*Note: if this option is not there, this card is associated with a subscription and cannot be removed

Here you can change your:
– prepaid term (6 month, 3 month, month-to-month)
– if you have multiple addresses and payment methods on file, you can change which one of each will be associated with this specific subscription

Product Information

Each month all items will have a theme, and all items will be related to the theme.
Bling Project Only Subscriptions will have 2 full sized coordination rhinestone products and 1 themed rhinestone project.
Flatback Bling Box Subscriptions will have 5-6 full sized coordination flatback rhinestone products, 1-2 themed flatback rhinestone projects, 2 themed SVG design files.
HotFix Bling Box Subscriptions will contain 4-5 full sized coordination hotfix rhinestone products, 2 themed hotfix rhinestone design files and rhinestone template flock and hotfix transfer tape.
You can expect items like tumblers, tote bags, note books, water bottles, pens & pencils, wood cut outs and more.
We regularly survey our bling crew to make sure we are finding the types of goods you want to get.
Sometimes we use brand partners for multiple months, but you’ll never get the same product twice.

We plan to, but we’re sorry currently at this time we only ship with the US.

Any Customs or duty fees are not included in shipping costs and will be the responsibility of the buyer, Bling Your Things is not responsible for these fees.

Customer Service

If a product is defective or if something is missing or damaged, you may return it within 15 days of receiving it and we will send you a new item or credit your account. When returning product(s), it is your responsibility to take reasonable care to see that the product(s) are not damaged in transit and are received by us at our address as displayed on the postage label.

To request a refund, please contact us at info@blingyourthings.com

We’ll ask for a photo of the item in order for us to process a claim with the shipping service and will replace/refund the damaged products.

If an item or your box arrives missing an item or items, please send us an email at info@blingyourthings.com. We’ll help get a replacement handled ASAP.

All subscription sales are final, with the exception of damaged or missing items, if an item arrives damaged (click here for instructions on how to contact us for damages.
Note: If you have purchased a long-term subscription (3-6 months) and cancel mid-term, you will still receive your remaining boxes but your subscription will not renew after your existing term ends.

*You will not receive a refund when you cancel your subscription. Cancelling means your account will not renew.

Shop sales are available for a full product cost refund (less shipping fees) within 15 days of order. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost, and product must be received in the condition it was sent.
