• Preparation: You must complete a Google form 72 hours BEFORE your session so that I can prepare the materials and information needed to maximize our time together. If the form is not submitted on time, your booking may be a CANCELED WITH NO REFUND.
• Punctuality is Key: Make sure you’re in a quiet space and ready to go at the start time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, the session will be CANCELED, and no extra time will be added to your session. Remember, business success starts with being prepared and punctual!
• Booking Confirmation: You will receive an email with details on how to connect to the training 24 hours before your session. Ensure that you have installed the necessary software or apps ahead of time for a smooth experience.
