DIY 20oz Rhinestone Tumbler Tutorial & Steps
Follow these steps:
Step 1: Prep Your Tumbler
Lightly sand the tumbler’s surface to create texture for better glue adhesion. Wipe away all residue using rubbing alcohol and let it dry completely.
Step 2: Paint the 3D Hearts
Use your yellow TooliArt Paint Pen to color the 3D hearts. Allow them to dry fully before applying.
Step 3: Follow the Rhinestone Pattern
Follow the Forever Frosted Rhinestone Pattern to place your stones. Start applying SS20 rhinestones in the same order as the pattern working row by row.
Step 4: Attach the 3D Hearts
When you reach the matching section of your pattern, apply the 3D hearts using Gemifly’s Gemiflex Artisan Glue. Press gently and hold in place for 10 seconds to set.
Step 5: Fill the Gaps
After the hearts are secure, return to the surrounding area and fill any gaps using rhinestones from your multi size mix packs. Finish applying the rhinestones to complete the pattern.
Step 6: Let It Cure
Set your tumbler aside to dry completely. Give it at least 24 hours to ensure the adhesive is fully cured.
Step 7: Care Instructions
Hand wash only, no soaking or dishwashers to preserve your sparkle for years to come.
