Cut Settings for Rhinestone Template Flock Material

Cut settings may vary from machine to machine as well as the current amount of blade wear.   The Rhinestone Stencil Flock can easily be cut with 45° and 60° blades. Including vinyl and craft cutters like the Silhouette Cameo, Cricut Explorer,  Cricut Joy and Graphtec.  We recommended you do a test cut with the material on your cutting machine and make adjustments as needed.

*Tips
1. On machines like the Cameo and Cricut set your cut settings to do a double cut to get a complete cut and improve weeding.
2. You can remove the Flock Material from its backing and place the sticky backing directly to your cutting mat before cutting.

To make brushing stones into the rhinestone template easier, you should use 2-3x times the hotfix rhinestones needed to complete your design. The excess stones help to push the other stones into place.  A separate template should be cut for each size and each color of rhinestones used in your design.  The most popular size of hotfix rhinestones used to make apparel and decals is SS10, followed by SS20, then SS6. For designs with curves, your design will look more true to by using multiple sizes of stones. 

Rhinestone templates are reusable, and can be used over and over to complete multiples rhinestone transfers of your design.  Store your templates on the original backing or on binder sheets. By doing so, they will be ready to use and you’ll be able to easily find them when you’re ready to use them again.

Rock It Rhinestone Stencil Flock is Pink and the material is 12 inches wide.
Material is approx. 19 mils in thickness, with the backing approx 25 mils.
We recommend using Acrylic HotFix Transfer Tape to pick up your designs from the template.
